
The SDG Goals (Sustainable Development Goals) are a set of goals set by the UN to help with the betterment of the world. The world would like to achieve They address issues like Poverty, Gender Equality, World Hunger etc. UN would like to achieve these goals ideally by 2030.


Significant process has been achieved in terms of obtaining internationally comparable statistics on the SDGs. The number of indicators in the global SDG database rose from 115 in 2016 to about 160 in 2019 and 211 in 2021. Even though the government all around the world is taking action to help us achieve these, most speculate that we will not be able to achieve the goals by 2030. The COVID 19 outbreak has set us back even further. However, if we all cone together and take small actions, we can make progress and help achieve the SDGs.

Here are some steps that we can take to help achieve a few of the SDG goals-

⸙ We can make food donation drives

⸙ Promote health and fitness through social media
⸙ Start by taking care of yourself with good amount of sleep, exercise and diet
⸙ Schools, colleges, and workplaces can start to assist their students/employees deal with stress effectively

⸙ Spread your knowledge into the world and educate people about common knowledge
⸙ Spend more time and money on schools and school staff

⸙ Teach children about gender inequality and unfairness
⸙ Take a step yourself, and be fair to all genders and support all genders
⸙ Pay the genders the same amount for work
